I love the idea of Life from a Cooler Perspective! How did you come up with that thought?"

As we were embarking on our journey of building a world-class cooler company, we started by doing market research via potential customer surveys. We were pleasantly surprised by how attached people were to their coolers. Their coolers go everywhere with them. So, instead of showing the cooler, we decided to show the world from the cooler’s perspective.

Along the same lines, why Durably Cool?

When we surveyed potential customers, we asked them to use one word to describe the perfect cooler. The top two words were durable and cold. And, Durably Cool was born!

So, are your coolers durable?

Very! They are manufactured using one-piece rotational molded construction, commonly referred to as roto molded. This manufacturing approach guarantees that every part of the cooler is made with a continuously thick wall that allows the cooler to withstand all sorts of abuse.

Do they keep things cool?

No, they keep things cold! Our coolers are well insulated. In fact, they are among the best insulated coolers on the market. Our insulation, a freezer gasket that seals the entire lid, and the one piece construction makes for one cool cooler! And remember, for best ice retention results, fill the pre-cooled cooler completely with high quality ice.

How can South Jetty Coolers be sold at such affordable prices?

It’s really not that difficult. By selling directly to you, we have no middleman and our overhead is very low. As a result, this business model allows us to focus on delivering quality coolers and accessories to you as inexpensively as possible.

How do your coolers compare with the competition?

Our coolers are just as durable and just as cool (some say cooler) than many of our well-known competitors. We like to think that when you buy a South Jetty, you’re buying a product for life. They really are that durable!

Do you have South Jetty Tumblers?

We do. In fact, we have two. A 20 ounce and a 30 ounce. And, the lid has a sliding closure to resist spills, is straw friendly and has a clear gasket for easy cleaning. In fact, the stainless steel walls of our Tumblers keep temperatures for up to 60 hours. Keeping your drink hot or cold for hours has never been so cool.

What is your shipping policy?

We currently offer free shipping on most products to addresses within the continental United States. For products which do incur a shipping charge, we make every effort to keep the cost as low as possible, and there is never a handling charge.

Do you ship internationally?

While we haven’t just yet, we don’t see why not. Give us shout and we can discuss!

What if I don’t like it or something is wrong?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’ll do our best to make it right, or grant you a full refund within 90 days of purchase. Happy owners are our best salespeople.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Your cooler arrives covered in a plastic liner and packaged inside of a quality cardboard box… ready for you to wrap! Want to make your gift extra special? Open the cooler up, fill it with something fun and exciting, and then wrap it with your favorite wrapping paper.

Do you offer custom logo coolers?

Yes we do! Let your clients or employees know they are valued. Coolers also make great items for auctions, charity and school fundraisers. They can be shipped with your custom logo, or with no logo so that you may apply your own.

Are your products available at any retail locations?

Yes, contact us for the location nearest you. If you are a retailer or know of one that might be interested, please reach out to us as well.

Can I order an item that is out of stock?

Not at this time. We cannot promise you a firm delivery date on items out of stock and therefore have decided not to allow this. Send us an email if you’d like to be notified when new inventory arrives.

Why am I being charged sales tax?

Howdy neighbor! You must be from Texas. Sales tax is collected on all orders shipped to Texas addresses.
